The Infinite Recovery Process is a weekly, live space to explore what’s alive in you - supported by reflection tools, facilitators, and a deeply human approach to healing.

Is This You?

You’re holding it together, but barely.
You’re clean, but not free.
You’ve done the therapy, read the books, maybe even led others - but something’s still stuck.
You long for real change… not more advice, not more pressure - just space to breathe, feel, and come home to yourself.
This is for you if:
You’re exhausted by
performing healing and want
to feel human again.
You crave community
that doesn’t need fixing
or faking.
You’re ready to explore
the root of suffering, not
just manage symptoms.
You’re seeking
something deeper than
sobriety - wholeness,
presence, self-trust.
You want support that
respects your
intelligence and honours
your pace.

What You’ll Find Inside

Weekly Space
A gentle, grounded session each week where you don’t have to perform - just show up, slow down, and meet what’s here with others walking their own path.

Supportive Community
You’re not alone in this. You’ll be part of a space held by trained IRP facilitators and others who know what it’s like to struggle - no advice, no judgement, just presence.

A Path, Not a Program
This isn’t something you need to complete or get right. It’s an ongoing process - with structured support, guided reflections, and space to go at your own pace.

From the Founder

I created this space because I lived through it - the cycles of addiction, shame, disconnection, and the constant search for something that actually felt real.
What I needed wasn’t more diagnosis, more performance, or more pretending to be okay. I needed a space where healing felt human. Where I could be witnessed, not fixed.
This membership is born from my lived experience, and from the work I put into my book - a path toward connection that doesn’t require perfection. If you're here, it’s because you’re ready for something different. You're welcome here.

What’s inside The Deep Path

Each month inside The Deep Path, we don’t just talk about healing - we walk it.
This isn’t a course you rush through. It’s a living journey of deepening, discovery, and real integration.
Every month, we take one core theme and explore it across different formats, perspectives, and lived experiences - not as theory, but as a direct invitation to transformation.
You’ll receive:

8 x Teaching Videos
Released every 3 days, each video (10–15 mins) distills a powerful concept into something personal and real - so you can reflect, digest, and apply it at your own pace.
Think: Nervous system truths, relational blind spots, shame deconstruction, spiritual insight - all grounded in lived recovery.
List of upcoming courses below.

Upcoming Explorations

Inside The Deep Path, we don’t just cover topics - we open doorways.
Each theme is a deep exploration of the hidden patterns that shape your choices, behaviours, and sense of self. These aren’t surface-level lessons - they are transformational encounters with the truth of who you are.
Here’s a glimpse of what we’ll explore together:

CONFIRMED EXPLORATIONS

Some of our upcoming journeys inside The Deep Path include:

Attachment & Addiction
Why we seek what hurts us - and how to heal the longing underneath.
We trace how our earliest bonds shape our current cravings, relational patterns, and compulsions - and begin to rewire the deeper hunger for love, safety, and connection.

Who We Really Are (Beyond Identity)
Shedding false roles and reconnecting with the presence underneath.
Beneath every identity, trauma story, and role is something untouched - something whole. This journey reveals the self that doesn’t need fixing.

From Survival to Safety
Understanding nervous system states and the path back to regulation.
This isn’t just polyvagal theory. It’s a felt return to safety, presence, and choice - so you can stop fighting yourself and start listening inwardly.

Beyond Clean Time
Measuring real recovery in a world that counts the wrong things.
We redefine success through integration, emotional resilience, and freedom from compulsion - not time-based metrics that miss the point.

The Inner Child Isn’t a
Metaphor
How early wounds still shape present choices - and how to meet them differently.
We go beneath the surface to tend to the parts of you that never got to grow up - with care, awareness, and updated inner relationship.

Recovery Isn’t Linear
Why falling back isn’t failure - and how to navigate the spiral of healing.
This topic dismantles perfectionism and helps you meet the messy middle with compassion, clarity, and continued momentum.

Thought ≠ Truth
The secret power of recognising your inner narrator - and letting go.
We explore how most of what we believe about ourselves is inherited, patterned, or protective - and what opens up when we stop taking thought as truth.

Trauma Is Not
Who You Are
Unbinding your identity from the wounds you’ve carried.
A powerful unravelling of the idea that trauma defines you - and a remembering of the part of you that was never touched by the past.

What Shifts in the Infinite Recovery Process?

You stop trying to fix what was never broken
You begin to relate to yourself with curiosity, not judgement
You begin to show up in relationships with more honesty and less fear
You feel more able to speak from your experience, rather than defend it
You start responding instead of reacting
You no longer need to be someone else to feel worthy
So much more - the potential is infinite!

“Based on the Book That’s Changing
the Way We See Recovery”

The Infinite Recovery Process isn’t just another method - it’s rooted in the work of psychotherapist and author Jason Shiers, whose book “The Infinite Recovery Project: Addiction as Adaptive Intelligence” offers a radical shift in how we relate to suffering, addiction, and wholeness.
This group experience is built on the same foundations: that addiction is not a defect, but a doorway - and recovery is about returning to what’s already whole in you.
