A 2.5-Hour Live Experiential Workshop with Jason Shiers

Wednesday 4 Feb | 5–7:30pm UK | £69 | 16 Places Only

What if healing begins not with tools -

but with how we meet each other?

We’re often taught to listen for what’s wrong.

To help To analyse To manage.

But when we relate from the belief that something needs fixing, we miss the deeper intelligence already here - in the body, in the behaviour, in the space between us.

This workshop isn’t about pathology.

It’s about presence.

Not about theory - but what’s felt when safety is real.

What You’ll Experience

This is not a training.

It’s a live, guided experience where we slow down enough to notice:

How we listen is how we relate.

You’ll feel what it’s like to be truly met - and how most of us listen through the lens of urgency, judgement, or helping.

Most ‘helping’ creates distance.

Even compassion can disrupt safety. Be with another person without fixing, managing, or trying to change them. Gently. Now

Behaviour is intelligence, not disorder.

When nervous system patterns are seen as adaptive, not broken, shame dissolves and clarity emerges.

Our own history shapes how we hold others.

You’ll reflect on the unseen ways your past enters the room - and how to return to presence.

Connection regulates.

You’ll leave with a felt sense of how safety reshapes a system when we stop creating and start being.

Presence is the intervention.

When we stop trying to change others, systems soften and regulation naturally emerges.
