One-Day Experiential Workshop for Organisations Relational Safety, Presence, and the Intelligence Behind Behaviour

An immersive day for teams working with complex behaviour, burnout, repetition, and relational strain.

This is not training, therapy, or skills delivery. It is an experiential introduction to how behaviour, safety, and presence actually function in real relational environments.

Who this day is for

Treatment & Recovery Services

Working with relapse, repetition, and emotional overwhelm.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Teams

Supporting complex presentations and relational strain.

Residential & Community Services

Where behaviour escalates despite effort and care.

Staff Teams Experiencing Burnout

Over-responsibility, fatigue, or emotional numbing.

Mixed Professional

Teams

No therapeutic background required.

The Problem

Many services are working harder than ever — yet seeing the same patterns repeat.

Clients stabilise but return.

Behaviour escalates despite insight.

Staff feel responsible, frustrated, or quietly exhausted.

This day does not locate the problem in “difficult clients” or “underperforming staff”.

It looks at the unseen relational and nervous system dynamics that shape behaviour on both sides.

What makes this different

Experiential

Insight emerges through lived experience, not explanation.

Relational

What happens between people is the focus.

Non-Pathologising

Behaviour is expzlored as intelligence, not defect.

Grounded

Safe, contained, and suitable for organisational settings.

How the day unfolds

The workshop moves as one coherent exploration rather than separate training modules.

  • Beyond Beliefs: How We Create the Reality We’re Working In

  • How We Listen Is How We Relate

  • Behaviour Makes Sense When Safety Is Absent

  • Connection Is Co-Regulation

  • Why Most Helping Breaks Relationship

  • Our Own History Enters the Room

  • What Changes When We Stop Trying to Fix

Each section is explored experientially, with reflection and integration built in.

“The learning was invaluable, and it’s incredible how

much was packed into such a short course.

A lot of light bulb moments.”
