You Have Probably Tried More Than

Most People Realise

If you are here, there is a good chance you have spent years trying to create change in some area of your life. Perhaps you have struggled with addiction, emotional suffering, unhealthy patterns in relationships, compulsive behaviours, anxiety, depression, or simply a persistent feeling that something never quite shifts no matter how much work you do.

You may have already spent years trying to move forward.

  • Trying harder.

  • Reading more.

  • Understanding yourself better.

  • Changing habits.

  • Changing behaviours.

  • Doing everything you believed should help.

Yet somehow, the same struggles often keep returning.

At some point, many people begin asking a painful question.

Why does change seem possible for everyone else, yet I still feel stuck despite everything I have tried?

If any part of this feels familiar, this course may help you understand why.

“For the first time in years, I stopped asking what was wrong with me and started understanding why my struggle actually made sense.”

– Infinite Recovery Client

"Infinite Recovery completely changed my life. I finally understood myself and regained confidence."

– Sarah J.

"The support and guidance helped me rebuild my life one step at a time."

– Michael T.

What If Your Struggle Makes More

Sense Than You Realise?

If you are here, there is a good chance you have spent years trying to create change in some area of your life. Perhaps you have struggled with addiction, emotional suffering, unhealthy patterns in relationships, compulsive behaviours, anxiety, depression, or simply a persistent feeling that something never quite shifts no matter how much work you do.

  • Why did these patterns develop in the first place?

  • What if the behaviours you have spent years fighting were never random?

  • What if they were intelligent responses to experiences, environments, emotions, and survival patterns that developed long before you were consciously aware of them?

  • What if the struggle itself makes sense?

This course will challenge many of the ideas you may have previously been taught about addiction, emotional suffering, recovery, mental health, coping patterns, and the endless attempt to fix yourself.

Because sometimes the problem is not that change is impossible.

Sometimes the problem is that we have been trying to solve the wrong problem.

Your Journey Through

The Course

This course has been carefully designed to guide you step by step through a completely different understanding of struggle, recovery, and human behaviour.

Each module builds progressively, helping you uncover what has really been happening beneath the surface and why genuine change often begins somewhere entirely unexpected.

Nothing Is Wrong With You

Begin by challenging the deeply held belief that your struggle means something is fundamentally wrong with you.

Why You Can’t Just Stop

Understand why behaviours often continue despite genuine desire, effort, and repeated attempts to change.

The Intelligence Behind The Behaviour

Discover how many behaviours begin as intelligent attempts to cope, survive, or create relief.

Addiction Didn’t Start With

The Substance

Explore how many struggles begin long before the behaviour itself ever enters the picture.

Your Nervous System &

Survival Responses

Learn how the body and nervous system quietly shape many of the patterns we struggle with today.

Why Stopping Doesn’t Always

Bring Peace

See why removing a behaviour often reveals experiences that were present long before it began.

The Self You Learned To Become

Understand how identity often forms around survival patterns developed over many years.

Why Insight Alone Isn’t Enough

Discover why understanding yourself intellectually does not always create lasting transformation.

Why Doing It Alone Keeps

The Cycle Going

Explore how relationship often reveals patterns we cannot fully see by ourselves.

What Real Recovery Actually Means

Begin redefining recovery as something far deeper than simply stopping a behaviour.

The Real Work Begins Here

Learn why real change begins when understanding starts being lived in everyday life.

Who This Course Is For

This course has been created for people who are genuinely ready to look deeper at what has really been driving their struggle. This may be for you if:

  • You feel stuck repeating the same patterns despite years of trying

  • You have struggled with addiction, compulsive behaviours or emotional suffering

  • You have tried therapy, recovery, or self-help but nothing has lasted

  • You are tired of surface level approaches that focus only on changing behaviour

  • You want a deeper understanding of yourself rather than another quick fix

  • You are willing to reflect honestly and engage fully with the process

Who This Course Is NOT For

This course is also challenging you to look deeply at yourself, at this time, you may not be ready for this work. This course may not be right for you if:

  • You are currently stuck in active addiction or looking for instant solutions

  • You want somebody else to fix your problems for you

  • You are only interested in stopping behaviour without understanding it

  • You are unwilling to question long held beliefs about yourself and your struggle

  • You are looking for motivation alone rather than genuine understanding

  • You are unwilling to engage actively with the exercises and assignments

This course is not designed to give you another set of techniques to manage yourself. It has been created to help you understand yourself in a way that may fundamentally change how you see your entire experience

What Might Begin To Change

As you begin understanding yourself differently, many areas

of life can begin shifting naturally.

More Peace

Spend less time living in constant internal struggle.

Greater Confidence

Stop doubting yourself and begin trusting your own experience.

Freedom From Old Patterns

Understand and loosen the behaviours that keep repeating.

Healthier Relationships

Connect with others without constantly reacting from old survival patterns.

More Self Worth

Begin seeing yourself differently and stop believing something is wrong with you.

Greater Emotional Freedom

Feel less overwhelmed by thoughts, emotions, urges, and internal pressure.

Why This Work Is Different

This work was created after decades of asking one difficult question.

Why do so many people continue struggling despite doing everything they have been told should work?

After years of psychotherapy practice, personal recovery, extensive therapeutic training, direct work with thousands of individuals, and a lifetime spent exploring addiction, emotional suffering, and human behaviour, one thing became impossible to ignore.

Much of what we have been taught about addiction, mental health, emotional suffering, and recovery is incomplete.

Infinite Recovery was created to offer a fundamentally different understanding.

One that helps people move beyond pathology, beyond labels, and towards genuine understanding of what has really been happening beneath the surface.

What People are Saying

★★★★★

Jason Shiers' inspiring journey highlights the truth that healing occurs not through struggle but by returning to the quiet awareness that exists within us, illuminating our path to recovery

★★★★★

Infinite Recovery isn’t just another book about trauma and addiction - it shows how we can see healing in a whole new way

★★★★★

This is a paradigm shift in the addiction construct. The body is so full of instructions for us. Jason shows how this connects to the internal stories and how to come home to ourselves

★★★★★

Jason shows us healing as gently unravelling that strategy rather than engaging with the content of the noise and points us home to ourselves, our wisdom and our perfection

Perhaps You Are Simply Tired

Of Fighting Yourself

Many people spend years believing their struggle means something about who they are.

They feel ashamed of what they keep repeating.

Frustrated by patterns they cannot seem to change.

Exhausted from constantly trying to become somebody different.

  • What if the struggle itself has never been the deepest problem?

  • What if understanding yourself more deeply changes everything?

Sometimes real change begins the moment we stop asking what is wrong with us and start becoming curious about what our experience has been trying to show us all along.

You’re Almost There

You’re about to begin Understanding Yourself Differently.

A guided journey to help you understand the patterns behind addiction, emotional suffering, and feeling stuck.

  • Lifetime access

  • All videos, reflections and worksheets
