You Have Probably Tried More Than

Most People Realise

You may have stopped the behaviour and still not feel free.

You may understand your trauma, your history, your patterns and your triggers, yet the same internal struggle keeps returning.

You may have spent years in therapy, recovery, self-help or personal development and still feel as though something has not shifted.

At some point, a different question starts to matter:

  • What if the problem is not that you have failed to change?

  • What if you have been trying to change the wrong thing?

  • That is where this course begins.

“For the first time in years, I stopped asking what was wrong with me and started understanding why my struggle actually made sense.”

– Infinite Recovery Client

"Infinite Recovery completely changed my life. I finally understood myself and regained confidence."

– Sarah J.

"The support and guidance helped me rebuild my life one step at a time."

– Michael T.

What If Your Struggle Makes More

Sense Than You Realise?

The patterns you have spent years trying to change did not appear from nowhere. Addiction, compulsive behaviour, difficult relationships and emotional suffering often make far more sense when we begin looking beneath what is happening rather than only trying to stop it.

  • Why did these patterns develop in the first place?

  • What has the behaviour actually been doing for you?

  • What if what now looks destructive began as an intelligent response to something your system was trying to manage, avoid or survive?

  • What becomes possible when the struggle itself starts making sense?

This course offers a different way of understanding addiction, emotional suffering, recovery, coping patterns and the endless attempt to fix yourself.

Because sometimes change remains difficult because we have been trying to solve the problem we can see, while missing what has been driving it.

Your Journey Through

The Course

This course has been carefully designed to guide you step by step through a completely different understanding of struggle, recovery, and human behaviour.

Each module builds on the last, helping you see what has really been driving your experience and what may need to change for greater freedom to become possible.

Nothing Is Wrong With You

Begin by questioning the belief that your struggle means something is fundamentally wrong with you.

Why You Can’t Just Stop

See why behaviours can continue despite genuine desire, effort and repeated attempts to change.

The Intelligence Behind The Behaviour

Discover what the behaviour may have been trying to achieve, protect you from or help you manage

What Thought Adds to Experience

See how thought shapes perception, meaning, interpretation, and how we experience ourselves internally.

Addiction Didn’t Start With

The Substance

Explore what was already happening before the substance or behaviour ever became part of the picture.

Your Nervous System &

Survival Responses

See how your nervous system can shape reactions, urges and patterns long before conscious thought begins.

Why Stopping Doesn’t Always

Bring Peace

Understand why removing the behaviour can reveal the very experiences it had been helping you manage.

The Self You Learned To Become

Explore how identity can form around adaptation and why those old patterns can continue to feel like you.

Why Insight Alone Isn’t Enough

See why knowing your history and understanding your patterns does not always create lived change.

Why Doing It Alone Keeps

The Cycle Going

Explore how relationship can reveal patterns and possibilities that are difficult to see by yourself.

What Real Recovery Actually Means

Begin exploring recovery as freedom and flexibility, rather than simply the absence of a behaviour.

The Real Work Begins Here

Bring what you have seen into everyday life, where understanding begins becoming lived experience.

Who This Course Is For

This course is for people who are ready to look more deeply at what has been driving their struggle. This may be for you if:

  • You still feel stuck despite years of trying to change

  • You have struggled with addiction, compulsive behaviour or emotional suffering

  • You have stopped the behaviour but still do not feel genuinely free

  • You understand yourself intellectually, yet the same patterns keep returning

  • You want to understand what sits beneath the behaviour rather than only manage it

  • You are willing to question what you already believe and explore your own experience

Who This Course Is NOT For

This course asks you to look deeply at your own experience, and it will not be right for everyone. It may not be right for you if:

  • You are looking for an instant solution or guaranteed outcome

  • You want somebody else to tell you exactly how to fix yourself

  • You only want techniques for controlling or stopping behaviour

  • You are unwilling to question long-held beliefs about yourself and your struggle

  • You are looking for motivation rather than deeper understanding

  • You are unwilling to engage with the reflections and experiential work

This course is not designed to give you another set of techniques to manage yourself. It is designed to help you see yourself and your experience differently enough that new possibilities for change can emerge.

What Will Begin To Change

This work is not about promising a perfect life. It is about creating the possibility of greater freedom in how you experience yourself and respond to life.

Less
Inner Conflict

Spend less time fighting yourself and what you feel.

Greater
Self Trust

Begin trusting your own experience more deeply.

Freedom From Old Patterns

See and loosen the patterns that keep repeating.

Healthier
Relationships

Respond with more freedom instead of old survival patterns.

A Different Relationship With Yourself

Stop seeing yourself as the problem to be fixed.

Greater Emotional Freedom

Be less controlled by thoughts, emotions, urges and pressure.

Why This Work Is Different

This work grew from decades of asking one difficult question.

Why do so many people continue struggling despite doing everything they have been told should work?

After years of psychotherapy practice, personal recovery, extensive training and direct work with thousands of people, one thing became increasingly difficult to ignore.

Much of what we have been taught about addiction, emotional suffering, mental health and recovery is incomplete.

Infinite Recovery offers a fundamentally different understanding.

One that moves beyond labels and pathology towards understanding what has actually been shaping the struggle beneath the surface.

What People are Saying

Jason Shiers' inspiring journey highlights the truth that healing occurs not through struggle but by returning to the quiet awareness that exists within us, illuminating our path to recovery

★★★★★

Infinite Recovery isn’t just another book about trauma and addiction - it shows how we can see healing in a whole new way

★★★★★

This is a paradigm shift in the addiction construct. The body is so full of instructions for us. Jason shows how this connects to the internal stories and how to come home to ourselves

★★★★★

Jason shows us healing as gently unravelling that strategy rather than engaging with the content of the noise and points us home to ourselves, our wisdom and our perfection

Perhaps You Are Simply Tired

Of Fighting Yourself

Many people spend years believing their struggle says something about who they are.

Ashamed of what they keep repeating.

Frustrated by patterns they cannot seem to change.

Exhausted from constantly trying to become somebody different.

  • What if the struggle itself has never been the deepest problem?

  • What if seeing what has been driving it changes what becomes possible?

Sometimes real change begins when we stop asking what is wrong with us and start understanding why our experience has made sense all along..
